Custom Charcoal Equine Portraits
A quiet, hand-drawn keepsake of the horse you love.
Every portrait is drawn entirely in charcoal, by hand, from your own photographs — then matted and framed to protect the work for years to come.
Inquire About a CommissionWhat We Offer
Flaxen Fields creates one-of-a-kind charcoal portraits of horses — drawn by hand, true to the horse's own character and markings. Each piece is a quiet tribute to an animal who means something, made to be kept, displayed, and passed down.
Framed to Last
Charcoal is a delicate medium, so every portrait is professionally matted and framed before it leaves our studio — protecting the drawing from smudging and fading, so it arrives ready to hang.
Prints, Coming Soon
We're working on a small shop of prints inspired by our portraits. For now, our focus is custom commissions — join us on Instagram to be the first to know when it opens.
